Finding a snake on a plane is strange enough, so imagine finding one chasing a tree frog.
Charter
pilot Braden Blennerhassett was 10 minutes into a flight from Darwin,
Australia when a bold and presumably ticketless snake made an
appearance. "It popped its head out near the transmit button that he needed to press to talk to the tower," says Air Frontier director Geoffrey Hunt.
The pilot stayed cool and made an emergency landing, but later said, "As the plane was landing the snake was crawling down my leg, which was frightening."
Snake
catchers still haven't found his freeloading guest, but luckily for any
travel companions, his plane won't be going anywhere until they do.
