This is a site I would highly recommend for any website or blog owners. You can join for free or you can upgrade at any time. It is very easy to use and you get to review other sites, give honest opinions about how quickly a site loads, what the content is like, is it easy to use and navigate and of course leave comments for the site owner/s.
